You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a change of mind.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition with all original packaging and accessories (e.g., screen protectors, tools) intact and undamaged. The protective inner film must not be removed.
For non-faulty returns, return shipping is at your cost. The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund for the product price.
Refunds are typically processed within 3-7 business days to your original payment method.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the product and the issue.
If we confirm a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping and offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
3. Duties & Taxes on International Returns
For international orders, duties and taxes paid to customs authorities are generally non-refundable.
In the case of a confirmed defective item, we will work with you on a fair solution, which may include a refund of these charges where possible.
4. What Counts as a Manufacturing Defect?
For phone cases, the following are considered defects:
Design/Functional Flaws: Misaligned ports that prevent proper charging, button use, or speaker function; uneven camera rings that may cause lens abrasion.
Material/Workmanship Flaws: Non-user-induced cracking or breaking of the case or frame; pronounced abnormal odor (not the typical new product smell); coating that peels or bubbles under normal use prior to installation.
Assembly Issues: Components of modular cases (e.g., with metal frames) that cannot be properly assembled or fit too loosely, compromising protection.
Incorrect Item: Item received does not match the model, style, or color confirmed in your order.
The following are NOT considered defects:
Minor fit variations due to individual phone model tolerances.
Slight color differences due to product photography or monitor displays.
Natural, slight yellowing of transparent cases over time (material characteristic).
Minor, unavoidable marks from unboxing.
